Complete ASMP Project Scoring Matrix

SInce the fall of 2009, the Austin Strategic Mobility Plan received more than 3,000 suggestions for potential mobility projects from transportation agencies, stakeholders and the community. The ASMP team's analysis narrowed this "gap list" down to 474 potential projects and scored each one based on its ASMP Project Prioritization Model, which was approved in March by the Austin City Council. The model provides scoring criteria -- "measures of effectiveness" -- tied to eight community objectives that reflect ASMP's public input.

The links below allow you to see how each one of the 474 projects was scored by the ASMP. The highest-scoring proects -- the "A" list — formed the basis for development of the proposed November 2010 bond program, released in draft form by the City Manager on June 14. This draft bond program will be considered by the council-appointed Citizens Task Force and the community before a final program is presented to the City Council in July.
